This is a full time, seasonal role - perfect as a summer experience for someone who loves being outdoors and has lifeguard experience. The 2026 season runs from June 1st to September 7th.

About the Role:
As a Lifeguard, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at our waterfront and aquatic facilities. You'll monitor swimming areas, enforce safety rules, respond swiftly to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service. Your vigilance, quick thinking, and friendly demeanor will create a positive and secure environment where guests can create lasting memories.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise with a Smile: Monitor swimming areas, enforce safety rules, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Emergency Response: Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies, administering first aid and CPR as needed.
- Guest-Focused: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer their questions, and ensure their safety and enjoyment.
- Maintain Order: Enforce pool regulations and address any unsafe behavior.
- Keep it Clean: Assist in cleaning and maintaining the waterfront and related facilities.
- Safety First: Evaluate water conditions and equipment to identify potential hazards.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Water Safety: A genuine desire to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests in and around the water.
- Vigilance and Awareness: Observant and attentive to potential hazards and swimmer behavior.
- Emergency Response Skills: Certified in CPR/First Aid and confident in emergency situations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member.
Physical Requirements:
- Swimming proficiency and comfort in all types of water conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and be able to bend, kneel, crouch, climb.
- Able to work indoors and outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Capable of moving safely over uneven or wet terrain.
