This is a part time, seasonal role and a great fit for work campers. The 2026 season at Vacationland runs from mid March - the end of October.

About the Role:

As the Activities Team Lead, you'll be the heart of our campground's entertainment program. You'll supervise and mentor a team of enthusiastic individuals, ensuring the smooth execution of a variety of activities, from themed events to outdoor adventures. You'll promote a safe and engaging environment where guests of all ages can create lasting memories.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Fun: Supervise and mentor our Activities Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Get Creative: Coordinate and execute engaging activities, including food service, themed events, and outdoor adventures.
  • Be a Welcoming Face: Greet guests with enthusiasm, address their needs with attentiveness, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Think on Your Feet: Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Safety First: Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Keep it Fresh: Contribute innovative ideas for new activities and enhance existing ones.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with children of all ages
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • First Aid/CPR certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse, and be able to look at a computer screen, occasionally for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand 80% of the time.

The pay range for this role is:

14.50 - 14.50 USD per hour (Vacationland)
