These include: buying and selling bitcoin directly to and from cold storage, bitcoin retirement accounts, bitcoin-backed loans, concierge services to educate clients on best security practices, and cold storage solutions for institutions and other businesses.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Engineer, Enterprise IT plays a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems that power our organization. Working cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Engineering, this role helps build internal capabilities and resolve potential issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain endpoint management and configuration systems for macOS, Windows, and iOS devices, using platforms such as Iru (fka Kandji), Intune, and/or Fleet
• Collaborate with security to enforce secure configurations and to remediate vulnerabilities across endpoints
• Write custom scripts (e.g. Python, Powershell, Bash) to automate IT and security tasks
• Provide Tier I/Tier II technical support on complex user issues that require your expertise
• Research and evaluate new technologies and configurations to satisfy evolving organizational requirements as we scale
• Support knowledge management by creating and maintaining technical documentation and architectural diagrams

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 3+ years of experience in information technology, with a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices
• You are a self-starter who can communicate recommendations and escalate decisions as needed
• You have demonstrated experience managing endpoint management solutions
• You have experience with IT ticketing systems and support workflows
• You have attention to detail in building out and documenting efficient processes
• You are able to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Even Better

• You have experience with Git-based version control
• You have experience in the financial services industry and/or a rapidly growing startup
• You have experience working in the Bitcoin space
