About UnityAI

UnityAI is a Series A startup building the future of healthcare operations. With over $14M raised, we’re on a mission to accelerate and perfect the work of care. Our autonomous healthcare systems take on the work that slows health systems down—like patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and care coordination—so that our customers can focus on what matters most: caring for patients.

Why we're hiring

Our company is scaling quickly, and our biggest constraint is keeping up with the volume of large, sophisticated organizations looking to deploy our AI platform. Providers are under unprecedented pressure to improve access, reduce no-shows, and stabilize their workforce, and they’re coming to us because traditional tools can’t solve those problems.

This role exists to convert that momentum into long-term growth. You’ll be the person shaping high-stakes commercial opportunities with healthcare’s most recognizable providers. If you’re motivated by solving real operational problems and helping a company capitalize on a rare market window, you’ll have an outsized impact here.

In this role, you'll help lead:

  • Enterprise pipeline development: Identify, source, and advance net-new opportunities across ambulatory groups and health systems.
  • Deal strategy + orchestration: Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end, including discovery, demos, ROI modeling, and contracting.
  • Solution shaping: Translate customer pain points into aligned, high-impact UnityAI solutions by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Operations.
  • Proposal + pricing development: Build tailored proposals, financial models, and commercial contracts.
  • Executive-level engagement: Lead conversations with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CTOs, and other leadership, driving urgency and clarity throughout the deal cycle.
  • Market intelligence: Bring back structured insights on trends, buying behavior, workflows, and competitive dynamics that influence our roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

What you'll need to be successful:

We value curiosity, hustle, and the ability to drive outcomes in real-world environments. Ideal candidates have:

  • Enterprise healthcare sales: 5–7+ years running complex, multi-stakeholder software sales cycles (healthcare experience is required).
  • High-value deal experience: Track record of closing seven-figure, multi-year deals.
  • Urgency: Relentless focus on moving quickly and sustaining forward momentum across the full sales cycle.
  • Operational fluency: Ability to quickly understand clinical workflows, scheduling ops, staffing models, and throughput challenges.
  • Financial + analytical skills: Comfort building ROI models, understanding unit economics, and framing cost to value tradeoffs for C-level stakeholders.
  • Communication excellence: Able to simplify complexity, tell a tight story, and run high-stakes meetings with clarity and confidence.

Additional values, skills, and mindsets include:

  • Do good: You solve problems and do the right things to move healthcare forward. You dig deep to enable our company and product’s success, knowing this will help our customers do the important work of caring for patients.
  • Extreme ownership: You own everything in your world. When you find an issue that needs to be handled, your first thought is to take ownership and get it done.
  • Humble nerd: You're unreasonably curious—about the tech, about healthcare, about our customers. You set your ego aside and learn from others to do the best job possible.
  • Velocity and delivery: You ship solutions efficiently and effectively, with an executive level of polish. You sweat the details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Adaptability: We’re in a stage of rapid experimentation and prototyping, so you will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, change, and uncertainty. Your key priority may change tomorrow; if that doesn’t excite you, this may not be the right fit.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity options
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life, Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness insurance
  • Flexible work hours and vacation policy
  • 401(k)
  • Free lunch when working onsite
  • Educational Assistance Program
  • A dynamic, innovative, and supportive work environment where your contributions have a direct impact on the future of healthcare
