About The Role & Team
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our Institutional Sales division. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that powers our B2B sales function which includes CRM management, pipeline reporting, conference logistics, and prospect data oversight. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial services go-to-market operations, thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, and can translate data into clear, actionable insights that keep the sales team moving efficiently.
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor pipeline activity and analyze sales data to identify trends, coverage gaps, and conversion opportunities across key segments including broker-dealers, RIAs, digital banks, and fintech platforms.
- Build and maintain CRM architecture, data hygiene standards, and workflow automation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into pipeline health.
- Serve as the Sales Operations point of contact for the Director of Institutional Sales, senior leadership, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, sales reporting tools, and tracking methodologies to measure pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Manage conference and event operations including pre-event targeting, logistics, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up workflows across 20+ annual industry events.
- Prepare pipeline reports and executive-level presentations highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Provide regular commentary on pipeline activity, prospect engagement trends, and market intelligence to inform daily sales decisions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to go-to-market strategy, system improvements, and process optimization.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a B2B go-to-market support role within financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales dynamics, including familiarity with broker-dealers, RIAs, clearing, and fintech infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot), pipeline management, and revenue operations best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline data, identify patterns, and present findings clearly to leadership.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Advanced Excel skills required. SQL and Python a plus. Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo preferred.

This role is based in our St Pete Global HQ (200 Carillon Pkwy, FL), where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $90,000-$115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
