Zaden Technologies is seeking a Junior UiPath Developer to support automation efforts within a customer environment in the San Antonio area. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical staff to design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. This is a hybrid remote work position with preference for candidates residing within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX to support in-person meetings. Position may require occasional travel in support of customer requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test attended and unattended UiPath Studio automations based on stakeholder requirements
  • Configure and manage workflows in UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring reliable scheduling and execution
  • Work directly with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document business processes
  • Translate user needs into technical specifications and automation logic
  • Provide demonstrations, training, and support to end-users and government leads
  • Monitor deployed automations for performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
  • Maintain documentation and version control for all automation assets
  • Ensure automations comply with DoD cybersecurity and data handling standards

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience developing automations using UiPath Studio (internship or academic experience acceptable)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active security clearance
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Developer, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with UiPath REFramework
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365 tools and APIs
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
  • Exposure to VB.NET, C#, or Python for automation scripting
  • Prior experience supporting federal healthcare or DoD environments
  • Demonstrated success meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-critical support role
  • Collaborative spirit and strong customer service orientation

The pay range for this role is:

78,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Hybrid (San Antonio, Texas, US))
