Bayrock Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, collaborating across diverse teams, and turning ideas into impactful solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for Dual Audiences: Develop innovative tools for employees and engaging experiences for customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization—from manufacturing to product development.
• Simplify Complexity: Use clear visuals to align teams and drive decision-making.
• Prototype & Iterate: Create and refine designs based on feedback and testing.
• Strategic Influence: Shape product roadmaps, service strategies, and internal tools.
• Storytelling: Deliver compelling presentations to articulate design rationale and concepts.
• Facilitation: Plan and lead Design Thinking workshops to foster creativity and alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to connect insights into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable starting projects from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Skilled at both big-picture thinking and meticulous detail execution.
• Proficient in Figma and confident engaging with both customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills to unite stakeholders around a shared vision.

Preferred Experience

• Background in the automotive sector or other complex service industries.
• Experience designing internal tools that improve employee workflows.
