Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical foundation and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with OmniStudio is a plus.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and guiding junior developers in adhering to Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce platform features like Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, etc.
• Implement and customize Salesforce applications using Omni Studio for effective workflow management and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams on best practices for Salesforce development.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards for Salesforce development within the organization.
• Manage Salesforce releases and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), etc.
• Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification. Platform Developer II (PD2) certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, etc.) and third-party tools/plugins.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
