NPI Project Manager

Role Overview

Mytra’s programs team is looking for an experienced NPI Project Manager to coordinate the execution of engineering changes cross-functionally across multiple programs and products.

As a NPI PM, you’ll partner with Technical Program Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute design changes across a diverse set of product programs. We are a fast-moving organization, learning and iterating quickly, and we need robust change control management to minimize impact to the downstream teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the implementation process for executing engineering change orders in partnership with stakeholders from engineering, supply chain, manufacturing & deployment
• Responsible for minimizing business impact of engineering change order implementations
• Ensure problems get resolved as they come up during the implementation process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams

The Ideal Candidate

• You’re very comfortable with data analysis and reporting, and have experience with Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PLM).
• You are detail oriented with strong documentation and process adherence.
• You have demonstrated experience with new product introduction processes.
• You’re familiar with manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and component sourcing.
• You are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.
• Uncertainty isn’t scary, and you’re willing to analyze outcomes and pivot when needed.
• Openness, inquisitiveness, and constant ambition are important values.
