We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator who thrives on organization, accuracy, and supporting critical compliance operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. 🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you’ll be at the center of our quality and compliance operations, helping ensure aircraft records and documentation meet FAA and company standards.

In this role, you will:

✔ Learn and utilize the Corridor maintenance management system to enter and maintain accurate aircraft records
✔ Complete logbook entries and update maintenance histories in compliance with regulatory requirements
✔ Organize and maintain digital and physical maintenance documentation for audit readiness
✔ Support quality audits, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting
✔ Coordinate documentation between technicians, inspectors, and management
✔ Provide administrative and data support to the Quality & Maintenance teams
✔ Assist with special projects and daily operational needs

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Required / Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Experience in administrative support, documentation, or compliance environments
• Aviation maintenance or Repair Station experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Corridor or similar maintenance systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments
