Facilities Support Technician

🛠️ Facilities Support Technician — Keep the Hangar Moving

✈️ The Role

Every aircraft launch depends on what happens on the ground first.

We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Facilities Support Technician who likes variety, autonomy, and staying busy. In this role, you’ll keep our hangar running smoothly — from maintaining ground equipment and supporting maintenance teams to managing logistics and inventory flow.

If you enjoy fixing things, driving equipment, and being the person everyone relies on when something needs to get done right now, you’ll thrive here.

This is not a desk job.
This is the backbone-of-operations job.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Ground Equipment & Facility Maintenance

  • Keep aircraft jacks, tugs, forklifts, Genie lifts, and skid steers ready for action
  • Perform inspections, servicing, and minor repairs
  • Handle seasonal property upkeep (yes… including snow removal)
  • Safely use power tools and welding equipment for repairs and improvements

Logistics & Parts Support

  • Run vendor pickups and operational errands
  • Stage and ship large freight items
  • Help manage bench stock and consumable inventory
  • Restock shop supplies so technicians never stop working
  • Assist with inventory counts and material handling

General Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hangar
  • Operate forklifts, bobcats, and support equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and operating standards
  • Jump in wherever the facility needs support

🧠 What Makes You a Great Fit

You probably enjoy this job if you:

  • Like working with tools, machines, and equipment
  • Notice problems before others do
  • Prefer moving around instead of sitting still
  • Take pride in keeping things operational
  • Can work independently without constant supervision
  • Enjoy being the person others depend on

💡 Why This Role Matters

Technicians fix airplanes.
But they can’t do it without the environment you create.

You keep the shop stocked, the equipment working, and operations flowing — which means aircraft get out safely and on time.

🚀 The Bottom Line

If you want a role where:

  • Every day is different
  • Your work is visible and appreciated
  • You operate real equipment
  • You’re part of aviation operations without turning a wrench on aircraft

This is it.

Apply and help keep aviation moving — from the ground up.
