About The Role & Team

2026 marks an exciting chapter at Webull as we enter our second year as a publicly traded company. As part of our continued growth, we are further building out our U.S. PR & Communications function within our NY Wall Street operations. This lean, high-impact team leads public relations efforts across the U.S., Canada, UK, and EU, while also supporting corporate communications initiatives for Webull, including public investor relations messaging, charitable initiatives, strategic partnerships, and broader corporate announcements.

The Public Relations Analyst will report to the Associate Director of PR & Communications and play a key supporting role in both day-to-day execution and individual PR/communications projects. This position is ideal for an early-career PR & Communications professional who is eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and able to follow established SOPs while delivering consistent, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the development and execution of the company’s public relations strategies to drive brand awareness and strengthen positioning.
• Construct external and internal communications, including press releases, company announcements, and other materials while adhering to industry regulatory standards.
• Follow established SOPs and team process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Help ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with global teams.
• Conduct ongoing competitor research and monitor media coverage to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Support the planning and execution of PR and Comms-related events.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to support PR & Comms initiatives.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support overall team effectiveness.

The Skills You Bring

• 0-2 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing or Branding.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
• Skilled in conducting competitor research and tracking industry news.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a true self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Basic familiarity with the media landscape and how news coverage works.
• Understanding of wire distribution tools like PRNewswire, Cision, or similar platforms.
• Strong writer with basic Press Release & Comms knowledge.
• Knowledge of reputation management, with a good understanding of why PR matters.
• Past PR-related work samples/projects.
• Basic reading and conversational skills in Spanish or Portuguese are a plus!

This role is based in our Wall Street office (44 Wall Street, NYC) where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we’re committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $80,000 - 95,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
