The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our insurance claims and collections technology. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, optimizing claims handling workflows, and improving collections and recovery rates. The ideal candidate will own the roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and data teams, and identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes that enhance both the customer experience and business outcomes.

This is a hybrid position based out of New York.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer research efforts to understand property managers’ claim servicing needs.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for claims and collections, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, oversee development, and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize integration opportunities with 3rd party vendors to maximize product value.
• Monitor claims efficiency and collections performance, track key metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert on claims and collections, providing thought leadership internally and externally.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in product management with demonstrable ownership of workflow/decisioning products in P&C insurance, fintech lending, or payments.
• Familiarity with insurance core systems, claims rules engines, consumer-debt collections, and state/federal compliance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and data scientists; working knowledge of SQL and analytics tools; understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Proven track record of launching products that deliver measurable operational lift; strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bonus Points: Prior ownership of insurance claims or collections product lines; experience integrating with payment processors or collections vendors; fintech or PropTech background.

Base Salary

The base salary range is between $150,0000 - $175,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
