As an Executive Assistant at AGT, you will work as a strategic partner supporting senior leaders across our client delivery partners. This is not a traditional admin role. You will help drive clarity, structure, and execution for executives who rely on AGT’s support to run large-scale engineering and delivery operations.

Your days will vary - from managing high-priority communication and coordinating cross-team meetings, to preparing executive briefs, improving workflows, and ensuring key initiatives stay on track. You’ll operate with autonomy while being backed by a highly collaborative AGT team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, priorities, and complex scheduling
  • Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, briefs, and follow-ups
  • Draft executive summaries, reports, and client-facing updates
  • Facilitate communication between senior leaders, internal teams, and clients
  • Track action items, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Support delivery operations across engineering, product, and client accounts
  • Anticipate executive needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain confidentiality
